Subject: [PATCH] Bump mcp-tools to 0.0.5 after its handle-grammar source
 change

The freshness gate correctly refuses new src under an unchanged version;
the mcp.<slug> handle fix (#98) edited src/tool.ts without bumping, which
broke every fresh seed's tool-registry publish. All five pins updated.
