From the beginning IoT forced the user to have an updated system in order to update. The user had a button and was able to update via the designer. This would run all the task migration scripts via the UI.
The goal of this task is to support offline update process. The user should be able to run cmf upgrade in a data package with IoT Workflows and run the migration scripts for each task.
It should support both the product packages and custom packages.
