What is the issue?
When a validation is first created the manual bounds validation is selected as a default. However the required input fields for that only appear once the manual bounds option is selected in the dropdown again.
How to reproduce the issue?
Create a validation step and click on it and see the missing fields. Then Select the manual bound option in the dropdown again and see the input fields appear.

The required input fields should already be shown, when this option is chosen per default.
