Plugin stuck: scan fails and Publish returns "Plugin not found" (Zfuzz)

Hi 👋 — my submitted plugin Zfuzz is stuck and I can't get it published.

Symptoms (over ~8h):

• Banner shows: "Scan failed. An admin will re-run it shortly."
• I clicked Submit for verification → it switches to "Verification requested" but the scan never completes (stuck for hours).
• Clicking Publish shows a toast: "Plugin not found" — even though the plugin page loads fine.

So the security scan never finishes, and the record can't be published manually either.

Update — the record now appears fully orphaned on the backend. From the plugin page (https://cursor.directory/plugins/zfuzz) every owner action fails:

• Scan: still shows "Scan failed. An admin will re-run it shortly."
• Submit for verification → switches to "Verification requested" but never completes.
• Publish → toast: "Plugin not found"
• Delete → also toast: "Plugin not found" (so I can't even remove it to start over)
• Re-submitting a fresh plugin is blocked: "A plugin with this name or repository already exists."

So the page renders, but the record can't be verified, published, or deleted from the UI, and a clean re-submit is blocked by the name/repo dedup. Looks like the row is stuck/orphaned server-side.
