I think it would be helpful if there is a way to temporarily disable this extension and show minimised windows, too. It could be some sort of shortcut like "Windows key = overview with no minimised windows" and "Windows key + S = overview including minimised windows". Or control + clicking "Activities" in the Top Bar.
