Problem statement

flowx creates a Declarative Automation Bundle for every input pipeline. Many customers would prefer to consolidate pipelines into groups. This will help with validation and deployment of the converted pipelines.

Proposed Solution

Support different options for consolidating pipelines converted with flowx:

1. Bundle-per-job
2. Single bundle
3. Grouped bundles (e.g. user-defined and inferred groups)
