Add support for custom metastores in Unity Catalog other than Hive Metastore

We would like to migrate a Databricks workspace from Azure to AWS. We are using a custom metastore in Unity Catalog and are not relying on Hive Metastore. It seems like custom metastores currently can not be migrated by the migration tool.

Feature request: Migrate complete Unity Catalog including custom metastore.

Hi @gregwood-db , @weinino Do we have any SLA on this enhancement as this is complete blocker to use this migration tool since now Databricks supports majorly Unity Catalog Metastore but this utility is only doing backup of Hive Metastore ?
