Support for Python 3.13

Python 3.13 was released on October 2024. Would be nice to have dbt-sqlserver available for it too.

This is an adapter for DBT, as such it can only support versions of python that DBT supports.

3.13 is not yet a fully supported version.

Is Python 3.13 going to be supported any time soon?

Python 3.13 will be supported when this adapter supports DBT core 1.11. Right now we are on 1.9 and are tied at this because we rely on DBT Fabric which is currently on 1.9.

#628 is looking to break this link and we cannot progress this issue until that issue has been resolved (or the upstream fabric adapter is updated)
