Make sure people don't put their email AND phone number as their username

I can't believe I have to do this, but some people are singing up with "dknopf@wesleyan.edu, 1247782233". This somehow gets through the filter when signing up, but it causes the entire webscraper function to crash when it tries to send an email to that.
