Fedora 31 - No facter example.log

Hello,
I just followed installation instruction on my Fedora 31 to install puppet linter for sublime text, but in debug mod I have the following error :

/usr/local/share/gems/gems/facter-4.0.13/lib/framework/logging/logger.rb:9:in `initialize': Permission denied @ rb_sysopen - /usr/local/share/gems/gems/facter-4.0.13/example.log (Errno::EACCES)

It seems that linter is searching a file not present on my system (ls this file show me no such file or directory)

My mistake, it was a sudo need ...
A chown of puppet gems solved the issue.
