Right click menu

I believe we need a right click menu (akin to youtube's player) where we can add more useful options.

• Save to disk a 640x360 .png from current frame (for the video thumbnail)
• Save to disk a .png sprite from current video (e.g. : https://sprite.d.tube/btfs/QmdmoL3iAdBLtHi7A7jQV9a4U8WXquhACGpftNfcHZaJGT)
• Stats for nerds, kinda already coded it (try player.trigger('startStats') in console of player)
• Copy embed code (<iframe>...</iframe>)
• Watch on d.tube (goes to d.tube/v/author/link)
