Add jq filtering to subscriber

Description

Filtering right now only works on event name and not the overall JSON data. Please add jq filtering for more advanced event filtering: https://pypi.org/project/jq/

Motivation

More granular filtering.

Listening of an artifact of a specific type.

Less noise for the listener.
