ELARIS is distributed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1) with an Additional Use Grant for non-commercial use.

Free use allowed

You may use ELARIS Core and ELARIS Pro modules free of charge for:

• personal use
• home use
• lab use
• testing
• evaluation
• internal non-commercial development

Commercial license required

A separate commercial license is required for any of the following:

• paid installation or commissioning
• installer or integrator use
• reseller use
• managed service / hosted service use
• white-label use
• use in commercial customer projects
• bundling ELARIS into a commercial product or solution
• redistribution of ELARIS as part of a commercial offering

• ELARIS is source-available, not OSI-style open source, under this model.
