YouTube videos always pauses at 20 seconds

I want to play YouTube videos but after I load the video page the video begins to play normally but always after 19 or 20 seconds the video pauses and just shows the spinning loading wheel, and after a long time displays a message that something went wrong to update or try again later. Videos on Odysee and Vimeo never even begin to load. YouTube on Firefox works fine. I'm running elementaryOS 8.0 on a AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with 5.7 GB of RAM available.

If you have a lots of time to waste elements OS is a program for you, the sheer frustration of it all.
