Add neighborhood doubling related info / warnings

• In the status results, it would be good to include the doubling factor, and also it would be good to indicate whether the current amount of stake is sufficient for the given doubling factor
• When doing a stake --deposit transaction, it would be good to include a warning if the stake amount is too little for the given doubling factor

The two changes needed here:

Display doubling info in Reserve section

Examples:

• Reserve capacity doubling: 0 (1 neighborhood)
• Reserve capacity doubling: 1 (2 neighborhoods)
• Reserve capacity doubling: 2 (4 neighborhoods)

Staking hint

If staking exactly 10 xBZZ for the first time (GET /stake returns zero stakedAmount) with a doubled node (GET /reservestate returns 1 reserveCapacityDoubling), then prompt the user for Y/n, e.g.:

It is recommended to stake 20 xBZZ with a doubled node. Continue with 10 xBZZ anyway? Y/n
