Feature request : "Default to" limited to new messages

When a "Default To" address is entered in the folder properties, it is always used, even in the case of a reply, that could cause problem with lists (where Thunderbird let the user choose to reply to the sender or the list with a button).

In short, the "Default To" should be always used for a New Message, and only optionally (with an appropriate option box in the properties dialog) for Replies.
