URL末尾带了 /messages，而 Claude Code 期望的 baseUrl 应该是不含 /messages 的基础路径，Claude Code 会自己拼接 /v1/messages |

配置完硅基流动之后，选择模型运行的时候一直出现如下报错：There's an issue with the selected model (Pro/zai-org/GLM-5). It may not exist or you may not have access to it. Run /model to pick a different model.
有人知道咋解决嘛
