fullscreen support

• Add fullscreen support (by pressing alt+enter, f, F11 or by choosing a key in the menu).
• Test on single and multi-monitor screens, a decent behaviour should be choosen.
• Once in fullscreen, add an OSD (on screen display) with relevant controls.
