quantification and background masks should be verifiable during curation #43

Description

@RaymondDunn

currently, quantification and background subtraction are achieved with masks placed over the target neuron and any adjacent neurons. that way signal is excluded from the quantification of the target neuron or its background.

however one functionality which was present in wb-matlab was that it was possible to manually inspect these masks during manual curation, and precisely assess if an adjacent neuron is contributing signal. you could see what the mask over your neuron was, the pixels you're quantifying, and the masked background (see example image)

Capture

personally i found these views to be extremely helpful in assessing the quality of an extracted neuron trace, and perhaps consequentially i feel a little nervous about not being able to verify these important features.
