Add SIPS Awards (#718)

* Awards updates fix

* fix typo

* Update SIPS 2025 awards formatting and fix logo backgrounds

Move announcement links inline for all SIPS 2025 awards, update
Developing World award URL to forrt.org and add published article DOI.
Remove white backgrounds from Einstein and INOSC logos, resize Einstein
to standard 200px width.

* Fix INOSC logo positioning by clearing floats between award entries

Add clear:both to br separators so floated logos don't overlap
subsequent entries.
