Ignore certificate errors on plain IPs #32

99% of all certificate exceptions I need are when accessing a site by it's IP. Also when accessing a site by it's IP there is hardly ever a proper certificate for that anyway.

I'd like to whitelist all IPs, that would be a great setting :)
