Internal ServerError at the: pipeline.evaluate()

I’ve encountered this error several times before but as soon as I clear the cookies and cache, it would give us an output.
We tried to -

1. Clear the cookies and cache from our browsers.
2. Created a new instance and transferred all the files to the new instance.
3. Upgraded the hardware from n1-highmem-32 to n1-highmem-64
4. Upgraded the GPUs from 2 to 4
5. Disabled the timeout
