question about using diff function for generating csv table

Hello great work! I am trying very hard to run two musicxml files to get the difference omr-ned table, but I have difficulty. I am using ipynb and using the sample file as a starter. I am trying to change the variables to make the .csv file run and exported.

So this does not seem to work.
Then I asked AI assistant and it tried this

There are two modes to the musicdiff command line:

1. Compare two files, with 3 possible outputs: text diff, visualization of the diffs in rendered scores, OMR-NED value (in JSON text).
2. Compare two folders full of files, with CSV output. Every row in the CSV is the result of a comparison of fileName (in one folder) vs fileName (in the other folder). The columns are the various categories of musical symbols.

I think you are trying to compare two files with CSV output, and that won't work (unless you construct two folders, each containing one file, and use the "compare two folders full of files" method).

Thank you so much for clarification. I think it is working for small case of one file in a folder. I will continue to explore.

Meanwhile, when I use two files to generate pdf comparison, what does the number (709) possibly mean at the end? It says "gt numsyms" but how is this number obtained and what does it point to?

I cannot reproduce the trailing number. Can you attach a script (and test files) that can reproduce it so I can debug?

Right now I am just experimenting so I need to feed better data to it. I am curious what the column "CD" is, its title is "GT NUMSYS".

I know the number 709 is the GT NUMSYS number.
