The project currently depends on sea-orm 2.0.0-rc.38, which still relies on sqlx 0.8. Now that sea-orm 2.0.0 stable is officially released with sqlx 0.9 under the hood, it would be nice to bump the dependency to the stable release. Please adapt to the corresponding breaking changes and make sure the core queue features and migration scripts work properly.
