[Job Launcher][Client] Add a confirmation modal for cancelling the escrow

**Description**
Need to add a confirmation step (probably modal) for escrow cancellation.

**Motivation**
Escrow cancellation process currently doesn't have a confirmation step which increases a probability of cancelling the escrow by mistake.

**Implementation details** 
Design is needed for that.
