[patch] Update catalog_digest checksums for v9-260305

Refresh the catalog_digest SHA256 values for the v9-260305 catalogs to match rebuilt/refreshed catalog images. Updated files:
- src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-amd64.yaml
- src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-ppc64le.yaml
- src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260305-s390x.yaml

This ensures the recorded digest matches the current catalog images for each architecture.
