The `DefaultTableIOPlugin`, originally developed within the ImageJ Server repo, was moved to its own [repo](https://github.com/scijava/scijava-plugins-io-table) and has been further developed there. Consequently, it would be great if the ImageJ Server used the new version of the `DefaultTableIOPlugin`.
