Add global config sys7z_path is an optional 7z executable path. When empty, eget searches PATH for 7z, 7zz, then 7za.

Already integrated, just use the system's 7z first. If not, use the built-in go 7z package.

yes, but qBittorrent can't unpack, perhaps because it's not in 7z.exe but part of 7z.dll

If the system does not have 7z exe, github.com/bodgit/sevenzip will be used to perform the decompression operation.
