Clean up sidebar to match navbar and new page names (#66)

- Remove duplicate logo/tools from sidebar (navbar has them)
- Remove stale Twitter icon
- Remove duplicate Progressive Globe entry (now Interactive Explorer)
- Rename old Interactive Explorer to Search Explorer under Tutorials
- Promote How to Use to top-level sidebar
