This issue appears on Android 7.
Html5Video.js:26 html video error: MODE_WORLD_READABLE no longer supported
Files located in appropriate folder based on documentation of this plugin. The videos worked on Android 6.
If you would like more information on this, I can provide more details about my project. It should be able to be recreated with a basic project with an mp4 and the plugin installed.
