BOOST_HEADER_DEPRECATED("<boost/core/scoped_enum.hpp> Building on Linux on Ubuntu 20.04 #166

I'm building an older project now on 20.04 (I don't recall this issue coming up on 18.04) with:

g++ getInstaInsights.cpp ../src/instagramAPI.cpp -o getInstaInsights **-Wno-deprecated** -lrestc-cpp -lz -lssl -lcrypto -lpthread -lboost_system -lboost_program_options -lboost_filesystem -lboost_date_time -lboost_context -lboost_coroutine -lboost_chrono -lboost_log -lboost_thread -lboost_log_setup -lboost_regex -lboost_atomic -lpthread -lopencv_highgui -lopencv_core -ggdb -std=c++20

When I configured and made restc-cpp I confirmed that

-DRESTC_CPP_SILENCE_BOOST_DEPRIC=ON
