<li>Install Numpy (optional): run <tt class="docutils literal"><span class="pre">sudo</span> <span class="pre">pip</span> <span class="pre">install</span> <span class="pre">-U</span> <span class="pre">numpy</span></tt></li>
<li>Install NLTK: run <tt class="docutils literal"><span class="pre">sudo</span> <span class="pre">pip</span> <span class="pre">install</span> <span class="pre">-U</span> <span class="pre">nltk</span></tt></li>
