Install via WinGet

To allow installing jd with WinGet, please could you add a manifest to the winget packages repo and make updating it part of your release process:

https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs?tab=readme-ov-file#windows-package-manager-community-repository

This would allow someone to install jd on a new windows machine with e.g.:

winget install --id josephburnett.jd

Adding manifests for new version to an existing package is easier to accomplish than adding a new package, so I created this PR first. :)

@DuckDuckStudio thanks! @SamHasler can you confirm that winget install --id josephburnett.jd works? (I don't have a Windows machine to test). If it does, we can add it to the README.md.

Yes, although I had to capitalise it as it appears in the manifest:

winget install --exact --id JosephBurnett.jd

We can also use winget install jd -s winget -e to install.
Please @ me if the package identifier needs to be changed to all lowercase.

I would recommend using --exact --id JosephBurnett.jd as the --exact --id will only install an exact id match. Just using jd could potentially match and install something else.

@DuckDuckStudio I think the convention is to use the same casing as the repo, so it might make sense to change it, although I don't think it's a big deal (The github url seems to be case insensitive at any rate).
