Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): the healthcheck badge, on the ctan model

Every mirror README carries the same three badges in the same order: the sync workflow, the license, and the mirror's single-check healthchecks.io badge linked to the sync runs. Here: the mirror badge from data/mirrors.toml, which was missing.
