Show describe-symbol in new buffer

Is it possible to show the describe-symbol (,s) in a new split or buffer ?
The current result is like this:

Currently the output of describe-symbol is simply echoed in vim, and you cannot capture its output. You are absolutely right, there should be a way to put the describe-symbol output into a buffer. Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to find a solution for that.
