Since when has it been failing:
The above tests were used to spike prototype scalability tests during the (successful) DRA promotion to GA effort leading up to the 1.34.0 release of Kubernetes. The tests have grown scale in the meantime as they are no longer actively maintained, and a DRA-flavored GCE test has taken over as the preferred scalability test going forward (matching the other GCE scalability tests).
