This issue tracks the PRs implementing each dashboard section.

Rollout plan

• Each section → one type: row in the dashboard JSON.
• Panels may land in separate PRs as metric dependencies merge.
• Add panels only after the required metric PR merges.
• Reporter metrics are out of scope.
