Update testfiles and step dev version

The testfiles show multiple differences. Especially GentiumPlus was
renamed to Gentium upstream and there are more missing character
warnings. These have been checked and are duplicates from pre-existing
warnings shown earlier. They do indicate a change in logging but bot a
change in output.
