Test `lhs` theme with No JS / No CSS - Ensure it degrades nicely

Ensure that the main lhs theme degrades nicely with NoJS / NoCSS, and ensure it is still accessible.

In terms of JS, the only elements using it are:

• The Open/Close status
• The Map on the Visit Us page
• The printer status on the Fabrication details page.
• The menu button for mobile browsers.

We use a collection of standard HTML5 tags for the pages itself, so it should failback with No CSS
