I refactored several internal applications for better maintainability and performance.\r\n\r\n### Connect for a Cause (August 2012 - April 2013)\r\n### _CTO / Co-Founder_\r\n\r\nAt [Connect for a Cause](https://connectforacause.com), as CTO, I was in charge of all technology and architectural decisions. I wrote all of the server-side Rails code and most of the JavaScript.
