Sudo Restrictions

Are there any apps you can’t elevate when using Sudo? I’m particularly curious as you could potentially abuse this if for example you could elevate powershell itself.

im not sure but if you try to directly sudo dism, it will just give error 31, but if you run "sudo cmd /c dism" it will work and wont give errors.
