[Bug]: SQL Notebook cell output formatting could be improved

Description

SQL Notebooks cell output isn't as clean as ADS notebooks. For example, there is no spacing between result grids. There is no total execution time. The font and layout isn't as polished as. See the same query in both products for example.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a query with multiple resultsets in notebook

Expected: UX polish around spacing and execution time, etc. to match ADS output more closely.
