Working obs-studio branch

The current documented obs fork doesn't have merged upstream changes and merged fixes to build on mac properly. I'm maintaining a synced fork here but not sure how to do a PR back to the other repo. So may need to create a fork on this repo to pull in changes maybe. One upstream obs libobs-metal PR merged isn't merged yet into obs. The plugin PR has a patch added to get the plugin building on mac.
