+    - Investigating a new communication platform
+        - Benni created a draft communication requirements document for the board to review
+        - We have set up a test instance in Zulip for the board to test out functionality based on identified needs
+        - Another possibility that we are exploring is Rocket.chat which NFDI4Culture offered to host for the MEI community
+
+- Calendaring
+    - Fall meetings will be scheduled soon and dates will be posted online
