Submitting often ends in 500 ERROR

Within the last weeks a submit of new filters on https://fsrm.experiant.ca/ results in a white 500 Server Error page.

But it seems that the new filters are saved anyway cause if you try it multiple time it sometimes works and then tell you filter already been taken.

Now it seems submitting isn't possible at all anymore - perhaps that's why no new extensions since a week?
