Support Double XY datatype configuration (input) in Measurement Client

Problem to Solve

Currently, Measurement Client does not support the Double XY datatype as a configuration parameter; it supports it only as an output parameter.

Proposed Solution

Capture the Double XY data from the measurement metadata and construct it as a configuration in the measurement client.
