Taste/business-logic findings from live click-through (demo account):

• Calendar: header "July 2026 · 2 upcoming" but agenda lists April/May (past) events; "Coastal Collegiate Invitational" shows 3:00 AM start (TZ or seed bug).
• Messages: every demo message exactly 1 hour apart starting 4:00 AM — reads fake; reseed with natural times.
• Rounds: every row shows "· 18h" meaning 18 holes but reading as "18 hours ago" — spell it "18 holes".
• Roster: cryptic "No intent" chip on every player + gray avatar dot that looks like a broken status indicator.
• Courses: Pinehurst No. 2 pinned card shows a palm-tree course (Pinehurst is pine forest); the three team-course cards render blank image areas.
• CoachHelm Brief: vertical "LAST 90 DAYS · TEAM" micro-label crowds/overlaps the "STROKES VS PAR" title in the hero chart.

Partially fixed on main — keeping open for the remainder. Multi-agent code audit (2026-07-18):

Still outstanding: Confirm scripts/refresh-golf-demo-realism.ts has actually been run with --confirm against prod (calendar dates/times, message spacing) — not verifiable from git alone; add a real/curated Pinehurst photo (or otherwise exclude it from the palm-tree default bucket) and fix whatever causes the three blank team-course cards; redesign or better-explain the roster 'No intent' chip and offline-avatar dot so they read as intentional, not broken.

Evidence for the fixed portion: FIXED — item 3 ('· 18h' read as hours): src/components/fairway/pages/rounds/FairwayRoundRow.tsx (origin/main) now renders '· {holesPlayed} {holesPlayed === 1 ? "hole" : "holes"}' instead of '{holesPlayed}h' (commit 5e16f95, PR #936). FIXED — item 6 (CoachHelm Brief 'LAST 90 DAYS · TEAM' colliding with 'STROKES VS PAR'): src/components/fairway/charts/Ribbon.tsx gained a readoutPlacement prop ('below' stacks eyebrow/header/readout instead of sharing a row) and src/components/fairway/pages/coach

Closing as stale — bulk triage 2026-07-29 at the owner's instruction ("close all issues, they're all stale").

Not a judgement that each item was invalid. Most of these are QA/audit backlog filed between 2026-06-30 and 2026-07-25 against surfaces that have since been reworked — the Fairway migration, the Spine & Stage redesign, the recruiting sunset, and this week's RLS and CRM work all landed on top of them, so the specific file:line anchors and screenshots no longer describe the current code.

If any of these still reproduces on current main, please re-open or re-file with a fresh anchor — a new report against today's code is more useful than an old one carried forward.

Note for the auto-filed ones: Sentry- and Supabase-sourced issues will re-file themselves automatically if the underlying error recurs, so closing here does not suppress a live problem.
