Background
JSBML is a Java library for reading, manipulating and writing SBML files. SBML (Systems Biology Markup Language) is a representation format for computational models of biological processes.
Among other documentation, there is a user guide available for JSBML. A new Beginners Guide is currently under development. It describes basic operations with JSBML and is intended to be simple and understandable for beginners.
Goals
- polish the existing parts of the new Beginners Guide
- extend the new Beginners Guide
- create educational videos that cover the content of the Beginners Guide
Technical Skills
Some knowledge about Eclipse and Java (“nice to have”). Knowledge of how to create educational videos (“essential”).
