We should make this clearer in NMT:

The acceptable folder permissions for plone may vary depending on the project role of the contact. Here are some guidelines:

Principal Investigator: all permissions
Researcher: all permissions except Reviewer
Student: all permissions except Reviewer
Technician: only Contributor and Reader
Collaborator: only Contributor and Reader

The first problem is adding new user to plone. Many people don't know what the roles should be added. I was been taught should choose 'member' to manually add any new member

The second one about the accessibility to the data, I don't see NMT talk about their rights (can view, can review, can edit, can add), which is very different than the words used here:

ah - yes we updated to Plone 6 and didnt change the wording in NMT to match the new wording on the website! gotcha
