Added new trial code for track simulation

New code added for track simulation.

• Contains only balise telegrams and packets
• Cycles infinitely through all BGs
• no .csv file needed anymore (driving the train is already simulated)

EVC track to train communication stub code added

• receives only data from trackside simulation (balises)
• only the inputs to be connected to the network comm

Outputs should give packet information (packets as in XREF file)
